Managed SOC 24/7

Your security operations centre without building it: analysts and AI agents watch your systems around the clock and only call you when a decision is needed.

How it works

Watch, analyse, escalate

1. Continuous monitoring

We collect signals from devices, servers, network, email, identities and cloud into the SIEM and the XDR.

2. Alert analysis

AI classifies and prioritises; analysts investigate what matters and discard false positives.

3. Incident escalation

Real incidents are escalated under the agreed procedure, with initial containment where approved and a handover to Incident response when needed.

What you get

What reaches you and what you decide

Written escalation procedure

Who calls, how and when, with the contacts and times agreed before anything happens.

Monthly report

Alerts, incidents and recommendations, in plain language and with what is worth fixing.

Detection rule review

Regular tuning aligned with MITRE ATT&CK so the alerts that arrive are the ones that matter.

Tools

SIEM and XDR, with examples

We integrate with market tools and, above all, with the ones you already have.

SIEM

Microsoft Sentinel, Securonix and Splunk Enterprise Security, among others.

XDR

Sophos Intercept X, Barracuda Managed XDR and CrowdStrike Falcon Insight XDR, among others.

And Cybersecurity?

Daily operations and projects

The SOC is operations; Cybersecurity is projects

The managed SOC is the daily operation; Cybersecurity holds protection, projects and specialised services such as pentesting.

Common questions

Questions about Managed SOC

What is the difference from proactive monitoring?
One watches that everything works; the SOC watches that nobody attacks it. They coordinate when an incident affects both.
Can you work with the tools I already have?
Yes. We work with the tools you already have and, when needed, we propose alternatives. For example: Microsoft Sentinel, Securonix, Splunk Enterprise Security, Sophos Intercept X, Barracuda Managed XDR and CrowdStrike Falcon Insight XDR.
Who decides whether a device is isolated?
Anything that can be contained automatically is agreed with you in advance; the rest is decided by your team with our recommendation.
What happens if there is a serious incident?
It is escalated immediately and Incident response takes over.
