Licences under control: Microsoft, Adobe and SaaS

You pay for licences nobody uses, plans above what you need and renewals that arrive without warning. We bring them under control with a single point of contact.

What is included

Purchase, advice and control

We are a Microsoft and Adobe partner. We buy and manage the licences your company needs, with one invoice and one contact.

Purchasing with one contact

Microsoft 365, Adobe and other subscriptions, with one invoice and one contact. The purchase and the support of the licence go through the same place, instead of chasing three suppliers for the same thing.

Advice per profile

The right plan for each workstation: Microsoft 365 Business Premium, E3, E5 or Frontline; Adobe Acrobat or Creative Cloud. Add-ons such as Copilot and annual or monthly commitment depending on how stable the headcount is.

Spend control

A periodic report with assigned, unused, duplicated or oversized licences and upcoming renewals, with a decision before each expiry date.

Joiners and leavers, nothing forgotten

Assignment is tied to onboarding through groups. When someone leaves, the licence is recovered, the mailbox becomes shared or archived and the Adobe licence is reassigned.

Shadow IT subscriptions and audits

We detect SaaS subscriptions paid for outside IT and prepare the paperwork for a vendor licence audit.

How we work

No fixed deadlines: first we look, then we adjust, then we keep it under control.

  1. Initial licence reviewWhat you have contracted, what is assigned and what is paid for without being used. That shows where the spend that adds nothing sits.
  2. Adjustment planWhat changes in each profile, what is recovered and which renewals are worth renegotiating before they arrive.
  3. Ongoing managementJoiners and leavers tied to the workstation and a periodic report with the decisions pending before each expiry date.
Common questions

Questions about Licensing

Do I have to change my licence supplier?
Not necessarily. The review can be done with the purchasing model you already have and, if it is worth changing it, we put the comparison in front of you.
What happens to the data of someone who leaves?
It is kept in a shared mailbox or in an archive, according to your policy, and you stop paying for their licence.
Is Copilot worth it for us?
We assess it per profile and, before switching it on, we review permissions and data: an assistant with too much access is a risk, not an improvement. See AI governance
Do you manage licences from other vendors?
Yes, the SaaS subscriptions your company already uses, with the same control of joiners, leavers and renewals.
What if the company changes Microsoft 365 tenant?
Licences and mailboxes migrate with the rest of the environment; the change is planned so nobody is left without mail. See tenant-to-tenant migration
